Company Overview

Carry the Vision provides tools, workshops, trainings, retreats and conferences throughout Santa Clara County to build a compassionate and mindful culture through nonviolence education in all sectors of society. CTV’s Restore Life Skills Program is a way to work directly with individuals and groups to realize this vision and create positive change and a new way of living. Restore uses research based mindfulness practices for enhanced physical and mental health where participants learn how to manage strong emotions, discover a greater capacity for kindness and compassion, improve focus and creativity, and a greater sense of well-being. Restore is offered in schools, places of work, parent groups, businesses, and correctional and reentry facilities.
